This series takes the best from traditional Pilates and other bodyweight exercises to create an effective fusion workout series to help you slim down and tone up using only your body. For faster results, exercise 6 days per week alternating between the first 3 videos and finish every workout with the “Total Body Sweat” cardio routine.
